Twin Oaks Senior Residence (“the Project”) will be a mixed use affordable senior community, restricted to ages 62 and over only, to be located at 2605 Main Street, Oakley. The Project will be a single interior corridor, 3-story elevator serviced building with 130-units: 98 one-bedroom/one-bath units, 31 two-bedroom/one-bath units, and 1 two-bedroom managers unit.
RISE Apartment Community
LOS ANGELES, CA
RISE is a new permanent supportive housing community located in South Los Angeles that was designed to accommodate homeless veterans and other homeless individuals. The five-story structure features 57 fully furnished apartments, plus 3,400 square feet of community commercial space

Hale Moena is a mixed-use affordable senior and multifamily rental community in Kapolei on the island of O’ahu, Hawaii.
