President | Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Costa is responsible for overseeing all activities at Highridge Costa Housing Companies, which include Highridge Costa Housing Partners LLC (“HCHP”) and Highridge Costa Investors LLC (“HCI”). The companies specialize in the development, financing, construction and asset management of affordable and mixed-income housing for families and seniors throughout the U.S., utilizing low-income housing tax credits, as well as other types of public and private financing.

President | Highridge Costa Development Company

Mohannad H. Mohanna is Principal and President of Highridge Costa Development Company, LLC (“HCDC”), the development arm of affiliate Highridge Costa Housing Partners, LLC (“HCHP”). As President of HCDC, Mr. Mohanna is responsible for the development of affordable and market rate senior and family communities in targeted western U.S. markets.

Thomas E. Erickson

Senior Vice President | Project Management

Mr. Erickson is responsible for day-to-day supervision of planning, entitlements, construction, financing and lease-up activities of the Highridge Costa portfolio, as well as new development projects.

Jeffrey H. Sussman

Jeffery Sussman

Senior Vice President | General Counsel

Mr. Sussman is responsible for legal affairs of the Highridge Costa Companies, including transactional activity, asset and portfolio management issues, investor reporting and compliance, litigation and dispute resolution.

Robert W. Tetrault

Robert Tetrault

Senior Vice President | Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Tetrault is responsible for all accounting and financial reporting activities, as well as risk management and quarterly business plan preparation. Mr. Tetrault has been an integral member of a management team that has developed and/or invested in approximately 27,000 housing units nationwide and in Puerto Rico, representing a portfolio of more than 275 properties.

Andrew C. Baerst

Vice President | Information Technology

Mr. Baerst is responsible for overseeing software development, database management and hardware implementation. He supports all internal operations and line-of-design business applications. Mr. Baerst joined the Companies’ predecessor firm as a Development Engineer in 2003 and was subsequently promoted to Business Applications Manager and then Vice President.

Nicole B. Farmer

Vice President | Business Planning

Ms. Farmer is responsible for all corporate budgeting, forecasting and quarterly business planning. Ms. Farmer joined the Companies’ predecessor firm as a Senior Financial Analyst in 1999, and was subsequently promoted to Director of Business Planning and then Vice President.

Pete R. Harispuru

Vice President | Construction and Development

Mr. Harispuru is responsible for overseeing construction operations, including management of contractors, project superintendents, budgets, cost controls, design and implementation of construction schedules, and relationships with consultants, government agencies and the firm’s development partners.

Vice President | Asset Management

Mr. Lambert is responsible for overseeing all asset management activities for the Highridge Costa portfolio.  Mr. Lambert has extensive experience in real estate management and construction. Since 1980 he has been involved in the real estate industry as an owner of a property management company, managing multi-asset real estate portfolios, office buildings, apartment buildings and condominiums. 

Belinda L. Oakes

Belinda Oakes

Vice President | Partnership Controller

Ms. Oakes is responsible for all aspects of accounting, tax and financial reporting for the Highridge Costa portfolio. She joined the Companies’ predecessor firm as a Partnership Controller in 2002, and was subsequently promoted to Vice President. Previously, Ms. Oakes was a manager with Novogradac & Company LLP, where she was responsible for managing audits and tax returns, primarily for low income housing tax credit properties.

Brian C. Suess

Vice President | Tax Credit Resale

Mr. Suess directs all aspects of the syndication of tax credits, including investor relationship management, financial modeling, project due diligence, and the negotiation of partnership agreements. Mr. Suess joined the Companies’ predecessor firm as a Financial Analyst in 2002, and was subsequently promoted to Senior Financial Analyst, Manager of Tax Credit Resale and then Vice President.
